Daily Schedule

Student Arrival
Students will enter the school through four designated entrances facing the Grand Concourse. Each student will be provided with a designated point of entry at the start of the year. The school will mark the building exterior in order to indicate appropriate social distancing. In order to ensure that students are properly socially distanced and that they are appropriately screened in adherence to CDC guidelines, we have decided to change our bell schedule for Fall 2020. Homeroom now begins at 8:20AM and 1st period will begin at 8:30 AM.

After completing their screening at their designated gate, students will report directly to their Homeroom/1st period class where their teacher will take attendance. Students will be required to wear masks and in order to remain socially distant will be required to go directly to their assigned seat.

Freshman - Gate A
Sophomores - Gate B
Juniors and Seniors - Gate H

Class Schedule
The school day will consist of four 60 minute class periods, with additional time built into the schedule to account for homeroom, breaks, and lunch. Passing time between periods has been lengthened to accommodate students maintaining physical distance as they move between classes.

Student Departure
At the end of their last period class all students will have to leave the school. At the time of this publication, the school is not prepared to offer any in- building extracurricular clubs, sports or activities. Classrooms will be dismissed by an administrator one at a time and the teacher will accompany the students to one of the four designated exits/entrances, ensuring proper distancing is maintained. Members of the Discipline Department will be in front of the school moving students off of the Concourse and reminding them to maintain social distancing.
