If any changes are made to this copy of the Reopening Plan V.1 throughout the school year, a dedicated email notification will be sent immediately (before the next school day) to all parents, identifying the specific change that was made.

Our school website (www.cardinalhayes.org) will house all policies, plans, essential planning documents for both safety and academics, suggestions for keeping potentially sick students at home, resources for parents and students, links to SEL and mental health support, as well as all updates to changes to the school environment, including closure because of a potential COVID-19 case within the school.
Revised documents will also be reposted in the designated areas of this dedicated website and will include the date of the latest revision to ensure accuracy.
Robocalls
All essential changes and reminders to parents will be disseminated via robotic phone calls to parents, faculty and staff. These robocalls will be sent out each Friday with reminders to complete any necessary forms regarding exposure to COVID-19.
