Tuition and Fees

Tuition & Fees for the 2023/2024 school year:
  • Tuition - $7,700
  • Intent of Enrollment - $100
  • Registration Fee - $800 (9th, 10th and 11th grades)
  • Senior Dues - $900 (12 th grade)
  • Technology Fee - $150
    • (Divided into two payments of $75 billed in September/February)

 

Financial Aid

FACTS Grant & Financial Aid: Cardinal Hayes High School endeavors to provide students from low income households tuition assistance based upon financial need. Families seeking financial aid are encouraged to complete a financial aid application at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Financial aid applications begin March 1st of every year and must be completed yearly. 

Supporting Documents Required on FACTS: 
  • Complete Tax Return 
  • W-2 Form 
  • Proof of Non-Taxable Documentation (For unemployed families)

Cardinal and Gold Scholarships

Cardinal & Gold Scholarships: Cardinal Hayes provides a limited number of Cardinal & Gold scholarships based on academic achievement. Cardinal and Gold academic scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Director of Admissions in consultation with school leadership and endowment trustees. Students awarded academic scholarships must consistently achieve certain grade point averages to maintain their scholarship each academic year.

BridgeUP

BridgeUp Program:  BridgeUp is a network of programs that provide extensive and long-term support to youth from low-income and underserved communities. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Cardinal Hayes BridgeUp Liaisons in consultation with the Director of the BridgeUp program.  Students awarded a BridgeUp scholarship must meet consistently meet attendance and performance requirements to maintain their scholarship. Inner-City Scholarship Fund

Student Sponsor Partners (SSP)

McQuade Scholarship

McQuade Scholarship: These scholarships are awarded based on performance on the standardized test and Middle school records. For more information please visit “The McQuade Honors Program” tab under Admission.

Activity Fees—Siblings Discount

In order to both (i) ease the financial burden for families/households having two or more students at Hayes at any one time and (ii) recognize their loyalty to Hayes, it has been decided that sibling students each will receive a 50% discount of their activity fees.
