Campus Visitors
In an effort to reduce the number of people on-campus at any one time and to help mitigate the possibility of contamination, nonessential visitors to all school areas, including offices and other school facilities will be limited during school hours. Individuals visiting Cardinal Hayes for admission or finance-related purposes will be scheduled to do so when there are no current students on campus.
Any visitor to the building will have to stay in the main reception, wear appropriate PPE, and be socially distanced. The reception area will have a Plexiglas barrier for the protection of staff. In accordance with NYSED guidelines (19), any visitor who must enter the building will have to complete a screening that includes a health screening questionnaire that determines whether the individual has had any exposure to COVID- 19, as well as a temperature check.
