Tuition and Fees
Tuition & Fees for the 2026/2027 school year:
- Tuition - $8,800
- Intent of Enrollment - $100 - Pay Online Seat Enrollment Deposit
- Registration Fee - $900 (All grades)
- Senior Dues - $200 (12th grade) - Due in January
- Technology Fee - $200
(Divided into two payments of $100 billed in September/February)
Financial Aid
Blackbaud Financial Aid Management: Cardinal Hayes High School endeavors to provide students from low-income households with tuition assistance based on financial need.
Families seeking financial aid are encouraged to complete a financial aid application at https://studentfinancialaid.blackbaud.school/#!/login.
Supporting Documents Required on Blackbaud:
- Complete Tax Return
- W-2 Form
- Proof of Non-Taxable Documentation (For unemployed families)
BridgeUP
BridgeUp Program: BridgeUp is a network of programs that provide extensive and long-term support to youth from low-income and underserved communities. Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Cardinal Hayes BridgeUp Liaisons in consultation with the Director of the BridgeUp program. Students awarded a BridgeUp scholarship must meet consistently meet attendance and performance requirements to maintain their scholarship.

Inner-City Scholarship Fund
Inner-City Scholarship Fund: Provides tuition assistance to low-income students who attend catholic schools in the Archdiocese of New York.

Student Sponsor Partners (SSP)
Student Sponsor Partners (SSP): Provides tuition assistance and mentorship to New York City youth in underserved communities.

McQuade Scholarship
These scholarships are awarded based on performance on the standardized test and Middle school records.

Activity Fees—Siblings Discount
In order to both (i) ease the financial burden for families/households having two or more students at Hayes at any one time and (ii) recognize their loyalty to Hayes, it has been decided that sibling students each will receive a 50% discount of their activity fees.
