Caiden’s First Flight!
Meet Caiden Spears, a freshman at Cardinal Hayes High school achieving great things inside and outside the classroom. Caiden is an aviation enthusiast; he began his simulation training at SimTech Aviation with Founder and Director Julian Alarcon who flies for a major US Airline
This summer Caiden was accepted into the OBAP Academy Aerospace Virtual Education Program presented by the Jet Blue Foundation, where he learned aviation basics.
Caiden was able to test his piloting skills on Friday, November 27th 2020. At only 14 years of age, he completed his first flight under the professional supervision of his mentor, inspector Winston Faison, founder and director of Aviation4Us.
In addition to the excellent education he receives at Cardinal Hayes, Caiden spends his free time studying aviation with the goal of conducting his first solo flight at the age of 16 and obtaining his private pilot’s license at the age of 17.
