Dear CHHS Families,
I hope that you and your family had a wonderful Easter. As we enter the final stretch of the academic year at Cardinal Hayes, please continue to ensure your son puts forth his best academic effort throughout the fourth quarter.
We invite you to join us on April 24th and/or 25th for our annual play, In the Heights. Our dedicated Cardinal’s Players have worked hard throughout the year and truly value your support. Purchase your tickets today and bring the family to celebrate our students' talents! (Please see the attached flyer for more information.)
Below are important updates and reminders:
Upcoming Dates & Events:
● Students are ALWAYS expected to dress in the proper CHHS uniform, be clean-shaven, and
arrive at school ON TIME each day.
● All CHHS Students are required to wear their ID cards on a lanyard while in school.
●All students have received the H Book—a guidebook detailing our school’s mission, rich history, and the code of conduct that defines what it means to be a “Hayesman.” Please review
this book thoroughly with your son. Emphasize that Hayesmen are held to a higher standard both inside and outside of school. Note that students are required to have their H Book with them every day.
●Classes resume Monday, April 13th – Spring Uniform goes in effect (See Parent/Student Handbook)
●Parent/Teacher Report Card Conference- April 16th 2-7 PM
●CHHS closed Friday, April 17th
●CHHS School Play – April 24th-25th
●ADNY Senior Mass Saint Patrick’s Cathedral (Students Only) – April 27th
●Junior (11th Grade) Parent/Guardian Meeting – April 28th 5:30 PM
●Career Day- April 30th
●Spring Concert – Sunday, May 3rd
