Fall Sports Information
Please see the information pertaining to the start of Fall Sports. In order to be eligible for any Fall sport, you must have a valid signed and stamped Cardinal Hayes physical from your doctor on file with the school nurse from within the last 6 months. Your physical must be turned in before the start date of your desired sport. If you need a blank copy of a medical please CLICK HERE.
You should also bring sneakers, cleats, t-shirts, shorts, socks, a towel, and a change of clothes for your trip home. A combination lock is mandatory, we will have locks for purchase ( $5) if you need one.
