NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
NATIONAL CHAMPS !!! After running a blistering 41.25 in the 4x100m Relay, our Cardinals sit at 1st place with the fastest time at the meet! Finals for the 4x100m Relay are tomorrow. Following it up as only Hayesmen can, our 4x200m team of Travis Williams ‘21 (U Albany), Tavon Williams ‘22, Jaden Barrett ‘21 (Wagner College), and Jaavier Jackson ‘22 set a NEW Outdoor Catholic School record, NEW Hayes school record and a NEW Hayward Field High School record by running a blazing time of 1:26.36 and being crowned the 2021 Outdoor National Champions!
The Hayesmen will be racing again tomorrow at the following times
7/2- Travis Williams 100m Dash (Heat 4, Lane 5) competes at 9:20 am PST/ 12:20 pm EST
7/2- Tavon Williams Jr. 200m Dash (Heat 1, Lane 3) competes at 1:30 pm PST/ 4:30 pm EST
7/1- 4x100m Relay Championship (Heat 2, Lane 6) competes at 5:40 PST/ 8:40 pm EST
